Wind Down Wednesday is your midweek pause, a one-hour sound therapy and Reiki experience designed to help your body unwind and your energy rebalance before the week carries you away again.
The Experience
You’ll rest in warm water while gentle sound frequencies and light Reiki help melt away stress and restore clarity. Each session includes a guided anointing ritual, a hot face towel infused with calming essential oils to help you relax, and your choice of a mini self-care ritual — a honey mask for nourishment or a candle ritual for clarity.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about slowing down enough to actually feel like yourself again.

Golden Aura
Clears stagnant energy, strengthens your aura, and magnetizes what’s meant for you through crystal, sound, and breath — finished with an optional honey or rose-water mask to sweeten your field.
Salt & Smoke
Combines mineral salt, sacred herbs, and cleansing smoke to help you release tension and ground deeply back into your body — restoring calm from the inside out.

What to Bring:
Swimsuit or bathing wear, towel, robe(optional) , and an open heart. Journals are welcome for a mini reflection after the session.
This session takes place on a covered patio with a propane heater to keep the space warm and comfortable throughout your session. The air will be cool, but the water and energy will hold you in warmth.

Because each experience is prepared with sacred intention, bookings are final and non-refundable. This is a rain or shine event, as we will be under a covered patio.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes to your shceuled session. You will enter via the driveway through the wooden gates (located right of house as you face it).
