The Reset: An Open-Air Sound Bath

  • Norwood Vineyard & Gardens 2441 Hwy 138 SE Atlanta, GA. 30315 (map)

Join us for an afternoon of rest, release, and reconnection beneath the open sky at Norwood Vineyard.

In partnership with The Ascenda Society, this immersive open-air sound bath is designed to help you slow down, clear mental and emotional heaviness, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded and supportive environment. Surrounded by nature, fresh air, and the expansive energy of the vineyard, you’ll be guided through a restorative sound experience using crystal singing bowls, grounding instruments, meditation, and intentional frequencies created to calm the nervous system and bring the body back into balance.

The vineyard itself carries a naturally grounding energy, with land infused with quartz crystal throughout the property—adding to the restorative and deeply rooted atmosphere of the experience.

This experience is open to anyone who feels called to pause, breathe deeply, and reconnect with themselves and community.

Guests are encouraged to bring:

- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lay on

- Blanket and/or pillow for added comfort

- Water and anything else that helps you feel relaxed and supported outdoors

This experience will take place outdoors on the vineyard grounds. Comfortable clothing is encouraged.

This special gathering also serves as the opening experience for Operation: SKINNT, a 90-day wellness initiative presented by The Ascenda Society focused on movement, mindfulness, nourishment, and community support for women seeking a more aligned and sustainable lifestyle. Participation in the sound bath does not require participation in the 90-day program, though additional details will be shared during the event for those interested.

Come as you are.

Take a breath.

Allow yourself to reset.

Early Bird: $20

General Admission: $35

Spaces are intentionally limited.

Pre-registration is required. This experience is reserved for ticketed guests only. Due to the nature of the event and outdoor setting, additional guests and pets will not be permitted.
