This experience combines sound healing and Reiki energy work to move through areas of tension, emotional weight, and depletion—supporting a deeper level of reset, alignment, and clarity.
sanctuary session

This experience is designed for individuals seeking deeper emotional, energetic, and nervous system support.
Each session is intentionally curated based on your unique needs and may include a blend of sound therapy, energy work, guided reflection, intuitive insight, visualization, journaling practices, and other supportive modalities.
Because of the depth of this work, only a limited number of Sanctuary Sessions are accepted each month.
SOUND ceremony
(60 mins)
A private sound ceremony centered on guided meditation and live crystal singing bowls, created to support nervous system regulation, mental clarity, and emotional release.
You’ll be guided into a relaxed state before moving through an immersive sound experience designed to help quiet mental overstimulation, reduce tension, and create space to reconnect with yourself.
You can experience Sound Ceremony on your own or share it with up to three additional guests.
HOME ENERGY CLEANSING

Your home holds energy. Every conversation, every emotion, every moment leaves something behind. A home energy cleansing is like giving your space a bath—clearing out what’s been sitting, softening what feels heavy, and creating room for something new to move in. This is about restoring the flow of your home so it can support you and reflect the energy you’re stepping into.
Through intentional energy work, smoke cleansing (sage or incense), or a smokeless approach using sound, we gently remove stagnant or lower vibrations and infuse your space with clarity, peace, and alignment. Each cleansing is intuitive and tailored to your home, leaving your space feeling lighter, open, and ready to receive.
The Grounded CEREMONY

A private group ceremony designed for intimate gatherings, meaningful celebrations, and shared moments that deserve more intention than an ordinary event.
Each Grounded Ceremony is thoughtfully prepared around the people in the room and the reason they are gathering. The experience may include anointing, guided meditation, live crystal singing bowls, ritual work, reflection, and intentional moments of pause woven together to create something that feels personal, immersive, and memorable.
Every detail is prepared for you. Mats, blankets, eye masks, candles, lighting, and light ceremonial styling are arranged in advance so the space feels complete when you arrive.
Grounded Ceremony may be held at the True North Residential Studio in Atlanta or brought into your private space. Larger group ceremonies are also available for gatherings that need more room.
THE FLOATING ceremony (75 MINS)
A private, weightless sound experience designed to help you completely surrender, release deep mental overstimulation, and drift into a state of profound peace.
Floating in a heated saltwater pool, this luxury experience combines live acoustic frequencies, premium amenities, and breathwork to deeply reset your nervous system and quiet the mind.

The Floating Ceremony is an immersive sound bath experience created for you to settle into the water, disconnect from the outside world, and receive sound in a completely different way.
Each experience is held at our private residential studio in Atlanta and is available for individuals and small groups during the floating season.

Your floating experience is prepared for you from the moment you arrive.
You’ll be welcomed into a private setting with everything already in place for you to settle in and receive the experience fully.
Your session may include:
Opening ritual or intention setting
Guided meditation
Live crystal singing bowl sound journey
Floating bed, neck pillow, light blanket, and eye mask
Aromatherapy
Time for quiet reflection and integration
The experience is created to feel immersive from beginning to end, with every detail intentionally prepared around your time in the water.

Your experience begins with a few moments to arrive, settle in, and connect with the intention for your session.
From there, we move into guided meditation and breath, allowing your body to soften before entering the water.
Once you are settled into your float, the live sound journey begins. The vibration of the bowls moves through the space and water around you while you rest, breathe, and allow yourself to receive.
After the sound journey, you’ll have time to slowly return, integrate the experience, and take in whatever may have come forward for you.
