can i book a private session?

What should I wear or bring to a session?

Comfort is the priority at True North, so we recommend wearing loose, cozy clothing that allows you to fully relax and breathe deeply. Since your body temperature may drop slightly during a sound bath or Reiki session, socks and light layers are encouraged to keep you warm.
I’ve never done a sound bath—what can I expect?

Expect a deep state of relaxation. You will lie down in a comfortable position while the room is filled with the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. The sound works to quiet the mind and settle the nervous system, often leading to a meditative or "dream-like" state. There is nothing for you to do but listen, breathe, and receive the frequency.
What is a floating sound bath?

This is a unique experience where you settle onto a float in our heated saltwater pool while the sound journey unfolds. You will step down gently into the water—getting wet only from the knees down. Because you are in the water, basic swimming skills are required for your safety; you should feel comfortable being in a pool and able to swim to the edge if necessary. We provide the floating beds, so you can simply drift and let the vibrations move through the water and your body.
Where is the studio located and where should I park?

True North is located in a private home studio near the Grant Park area of Atlanta. There is ample free street parking available directly in front of the studio. To maintain the privacy and security of our space, the exact address and detailed parking instructions will be sent to you via email 24 to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
What is your cancellation and late arrival policy?

Our offerings require energetic preparation and reserved space in advance because we honor the time and resources that go into every session; therefore, all bookings for our community group sound baths are final. Because we must preserve the meditative atmosphere for all guests, please understand that we cannot accommodate late entries once the ceremony has begun.
For private sessions, we require at least 72 hours' notice for any rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. This policy allows us to honor the time and resources dedicated to every True North experience.
Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?

If you can no longer attend a community group sound bath, you may transfer your spot to someone else. Please email us at hello@realtruenorth.com at least 24 hours before the event so we can update the guest list. We are unable to make name changes on the day of the event or at the door. Please note that this policy applies only to group sessions; private sessions are non-transferable and must follow our standard rescheduling guidelines.
What happens if it rains on the day of my event?

All indoor sessions proceed as scheduled regardless of the weather. For floating sound baths, we move forward in light rain; however, if we anticipate heavy storms or unsafe conditions, the session will be rescheduled for a later date. We will notify all participants via email if a weather-related change is necessary. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.
