Is every True North experience a ceremony?

. Ceremony is at the heart of True North, but not every offering is a full ceremony.
Some experiences are specifically created as ceremonies, while others—such as Sound & Reiki Therapy, readings, or other supportive experiences—can become part of the way you care for yourself and live in ritual.
What makes a True North ceremony different from a regular sound bath?

A Sound Bath centers primarily around the experience of sound.
A ceremony is created around a specific meaning or transition and may include sound as one part of the experience. The ceremony itself is shaped by what is being honored, acknowledged, released, welcomed, or dedicated to.
Do I need to be spiritual to participate?

You do not need to follow a particular spiritual practice or belief system to experience True North.
Come as you are and participate in the parts of the experience that feel meaningful to you

Can a ceremony be created around a birthday or other life transition?

Yes. Ceremonies can be created around birthdays, entering a new decade, marriage, new beginnings, endings, personal milestones, and other meaningful changes in your life.
The experience is shaped around what the moment means to you.
Yes. Private ceremonies are created around the person or group, the reason for gathering, and what you want the experience to represent.
The elements used within the ceremony are chosen to support that particular moment rather than following one identical format for everyone.

How do I know which experience is right for me?
Yes. Private experiences are available for individuals and small groups, depending on the offering.
Current availability, guest limits, and pricing can be found through the booking page or by submitting an inquiry for experiences that require a custom booking.

I’ve never experienced a Sound Bath. What should I expect?
You do not need any previous experience.
You’ll be guided into the experience and invited to get comfortable while live sound is used to create space for rest, reflection, and simply being present.
There is nothing you need to accomplish or experience in a particular way.

What is your cancellation and late-arrival policy?
Cancellation, rescheduling, and late-arrival policies vary depending on whether you are attending a private session or a ticketed public experience.
