Sunday Sound Bath Ceremony
Sunday, September 20 | 1:00–2:30 PM
Small-group ceremony | Maximum 6 participants
Held the 3rd Sunday of each month
This Month: Remembering Your Worth
There are so many ways we learn to measure our worth.
By what we've accomplished. Where we thought we'd be by now. The relationships that worked—or didn't. The money we've made. The opportunities we've missed. How much we've done for everyone else. How closely our lives resemble the ones we once imagined for ourselves.
And somewhere along the way, we can begin to believe that who we are isn't enough because of what we haven't become.
This Sunday, we're coming back to ourselves.
Sunday Sound Bath Ceremony is an intimate, intentional gathering centered on inner connection, ritual, sound, and self-reclamation. Each month, we gather around a different theme and allow the ceremony to meet us there.
For our first gathering, we'll explore worthiness—the stories, expectations, disappointments, and measurements that have shaped the way we see ourselves.
There may be things to acknowledge.
There may be versions of your life or yourself that need to be grieved.
There may be expectations you're ready to put down.
There may also be parts of yourself waiting to be remembered.
You don't have to arrive with an answer. You don't have to know what needs to happen.
Just come meet yourself here.
The Ceremony
This 60-minute experience may incorporate intentional ritual, breathwork, crystal singing bowls, Reiki and energetic support, reflection, mirror work, and periods of stillness and integration.
The heart will serve as an anchor for this month's ceremony as we explore our relationship with worth, becoming, and the ways we've learned to measure ourselves.
September's ceremony is planned as a floating sound bath, weather permitting. Guests will rest on individual floating beds as sound, water, ritual, and guided reflection carry the experience.
Sunday Sound Bath Ceremony is held rain or shine.
If weather conditions do not allow us to gather in the pool, the ceremony will move indoors and become a grounded sound bath experience. Floating or grounded describes the setting for the sound portion of the ceremony—it does not change the intention, depth, or experience of the ceremony itself.
Please wear white and come in clothing that allows you to feel comfortable throughout the experience.
Bottled water will be provided.
