Body Therapy Thursday

Your body has been talking. This is time to listen.

Thursday, September 24 | 5:00–6:00 PM
$65 per person | Small-group experience | Maximum 6 participants
Held the 4th Thursday of each month

Body Therapy Thursday is an intentional, small-group experience created for the days when you can feel that your body has been carrying more than usual.

Maybe it's stress. Grief. Emotional heaviness. Tension in your back, hips, shoulders, or neck. Maybe you've been moving through life without slowing down long enough to notice what your body has been trying to tell you. Or maybe nothing is necessarily wrong—you simply know your body is asking for your attention.

For one hour, we give it that attention.

We'll work from the floor, using intentional stretching, somatic breathwork, grounding, sound, stillness, and intuitive movement to help you become present with your body and respond to what it needs.

This isn't about how flexible you are or how well you can stretch. There is nothing to perform and nothing to perfect. It's an opportunity to slow down enough to notice where you're holding, where you're bracing, what wants to move, and what may be ready to soften or release.

Some bodies need movement.
Some need rest.
Some need room to breathe.
Some simply need to be noticed.

Come as you are. We'll meet the body there.

The Experience

This 60-minute body-centered session may incorporate guided and intuitive stretching, somatic breathwork, grounding practices, crystal singing bowls, periods of rest and integration, and energetic support.

Because this work is responsive, each Body Therapy Thursday may feel a little different. The intention remains the same: to create space for you to listen to your body, move with it, support it, and reconnect with yourself through it.

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Yoga mats & bottled water will be provided.
