  • Can I book a private session?

    Yes. We offer private sound baths, intuitive readings, and group experiences. Please use the contact form to inquire about availability, pricing, and space requirements.

  • What should I bring to my Floating Sound Bath?

    Floating sessions are held in the water, so please wear swimwear or comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting slightly wet. You’ll step down gently into the pool and settle onto a float we provide.

    We’ll also provide a light blanket, eye mask, float, infused water, and light snacks to enhance your experience.

    If you’d like to bring your own blanket or eye mask for a more personal touch, you’re welcome to do so.

  • What should I bring to my Grounded Sound Bath?

    For grounded sessions, all you need to bring is your yoga mat and anything that helps you feel grounded or cozy—like a light blanket or small pillow.
    We’ll provide infused water, light snacks, and eye masks so you can fully settle in and receive.

  • Are children allowed?

    All public experiences are currently reserved for adults (18+). For private bookings or family-friendly offerings, please reach out directly.scription goes here

  • Do I need to know how to swim to participate in a floating sound bath session?

    Yes, basic swimming skills are required for safety. Participants should feel comfortable in the water and be able to swim to the edge if necessary.

  • What happens if it rains on the date of my event?

    Most outdoor sessions are considered light rain or shine. If we anticipate heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe conditions, the session will be rescheduled.
    The rain date will be clearly listed within the details of that specific event.

    If we are unable to host the event on the rain date, guests will be offered a transfer to the next available session or a refund minus any applicable service fees.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    All bookings are non-refundable. Each session requires energetic preparation, team coordination, and reserved space in advance. This policy is in place to honor the time, energy, and resources that go into every offering.

  • Can I reschedule if I miss my session or change my mind?

    We do not reschedule for no-shows or personal scheduling conflicts. Once a session is missed, it is considered complete and non-transferable to another date.

  • Can I transfer my ticket to a friend?

    Tickets are non-transferable to other dates, but if you can no longer attend and would like to gift your spot to someone else, just contact us via email (hello@realtruenorth.com) at least 24 hours before the event. We’re happy to update the name on the ticket.
